Studio Trigger has put up a Kickstarter for Little Witch Academia 2. While they already have the funds for the first 20 minutes of animation, they're asking for backers to help increase the length of the production by 15 minutes (and possibly even further with stretch goals).
Thankfully, with the collective power of the Internet and goodwill of people around the globe, the goal of $150, 000 was reached in under four hours. Despite that being the case, I would simply like to bring this to the attention of blog users in case you have somehow missed it on either /a/, major forums or anime news sites. If you liked the original Little Witch Academia OVA, consider donating! Even a single dollar can go a long way, and it's nice to help support the industry we all love and care for.
